Floral Bouquet

Just another wee crochet show-off. I felt that my smaller 3 cup tea pot was feeling a little neglected so a little Spring Floral attention was in order, plus I needed a cheerful pick-me-up!

I've used a pattern from Tales from Cuckoo Land, it's such a lovely quick and easy project. The roses come from here. It all looks so perfect when teamed with pretty vintage china. Now I just need a Sponge Cake to go with it.

Ooooo, thanks for following me- I had to come and see your blog and it's just perfect. I'm following you, too!
It's funny, I have been contemplating making a tea cosy for ages- yours is so cute and also, I recently crocheted a cowl and am working on one right now! ALSO, that stitch you've used- I've used this on a little vintage inspired phone cover recently too! AND, my little one has excema, so will be checking out your remedy I saw in a previous post!!
We must be twins of some kind!
Have a great weekend!
Xx

Oooh thank you for letting me know this was here so I could come over and gaze admiringly at your cosy. I love the different coloured roses on top. Lovely!

As for hook size, I can't remember, I usesd the one recommended on the band of my yarn. I do seem to hook loosely though. Ha ha, yes you're quite right putting 'hook' after 'I' sounds a bit dodgy!!!

Just my shade of blue on the teapot cozy. It turned out great! I think I'm going to try your cowl pattern, even if it is summer here!
